6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the content we sell, there are no refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please use the "Support" link and we will surely be able to resolve it.

7. Commissions
You can request a withdrawal of your commissions once you have reached $10. A withdrawal button will appear on your profile.
Commissions are paid through the payment processors we work with.
At the time of requesting a withdrawal, the available payment processors will be shown.
The user must indicate the accounts of each payment processor in their profile.
WeeklyPrize.club is not responsible if the user has incorrectly indicated each payment processor account. This may cause commissions not to reach the user's account.

8. Claiming prizes
Each user can claim a prize every time our prize page appears in a traffic exchange. Prizes can be claimed every 5 minutes in the same traffic exchange. If within the same traffic exchange our prize page appears in less than 5 minutes compared to the previous one, the user will have to wait for the five minutes to pass or continue surfing until the next prize page appears.
